I almost forgot to post this. I found a single headlight Ruffian today. So rest assured, they do still spawn.

Ah, yes, I found one near the dealership. They seem to be EXTREMELY rare thanks to the spawn variety now. I wish we'd get more random bikes like they added in story mode.

You need to press R3 on the photo for it to upload to social club
