Anyway, what colour is that Infernus? That looks like something I've been trying to make forever. Is it saved edited or can you make it at LSC?

 

Edit: This is the colour I've been trying to recreate. Yours is the closest I've seen.

Really tight looking, mine is very similar, but the color is a dark navy blue. I think if you change the hood, it'll definitely look more like an RX7 which is what it looks you were going for.

Thanks, but to me it's a Viper. It even has the appropriate V10 engine note.The front is reminiscent of the RE Amemiya RX7s, but they had to do that of course for licensing reasons.

Tried hard? All it has is wheels lol. And yes, I would put TE37s on a Viper if I had one. As someone who's into cars in real life, I can see what they were aiming for. I mean, the hood even flips forward like a Viper. But there's no point in debating over a mash-up of 2 cars in a video game.

I'm not a purist and I'd never let anyone dictate how I modify my vehicle. By that statement I can see we're not on the same wavelength anyway.

 

And I didn't make it look like anything. You're the one that PS'd pop ups on it to try and convince me it's an RX7. I even showed you a yellow (a stock color) Viper on black wheels. There's more styling cues on it that point toward Viper, so that's what I'm going with. The V10 sound, side exit exhaust, molded spoiler, flip forward hood, the stock vented hood, the huge scooped fenders, the wrap around windshield, etc. I don't know what else to tell you.

 

One more thing, West Coast Customs built a Banshee replica in real life. You know what car it was based on? I'll give you a hint, it wasn't the FD.

The Manana looks ok. The bullet looks turd partly because it's crap anyway but mostly because the engine is in the middle hahaha

bro i never said it wasnt based off a viper, it's a bravado, which is based on dodge. Viper out weighs the RX7 in the looks of the banshee, no doubt. i try to make the banshee as close as i can to an rx7 because there isnt one primarily based on it in the game. ever notice how some people make the Ruiner out to be an FC or a 300ZX? it's because they use what they have and try to do there best to make it that way. you get what I'm saying? no way I'm denying you about it being a Viper.

 

i just like to look at as an RX7, they both have similar attributes. i never cared or liked the viper in my entire life. i like imports, not domestic. i have different taste than you. i would never put tuner rims on an $80k domestic car, that's just me.

You were trying quite hard to convince me otherwise just a few posts ago. All of the cars in the game are mash-ups or slight alterations of real cars. I don't care what people want to pretend they are (accurate or not), that's their business. But don't claim you know what I'm trying to do, especially when I originally made no mention of what car I think the Banshee is based on.

Yeah I think no one would disagree that the Banshee is mainly a Viper, but after a while I decided to go full RX7 on mine too :

 

My only car with stickers on tires, and I don't usually like spoilers but on this one I felt I had to put one (it balances the black/orange colors). Still hesitating on a carbon hood. Main inspirations are Amemyia's and Veilside's RX7s.
