How do you excatly leave the wheels turned like that?

 

It's a pain to do.

 

1. park where you want to take the picture
2. steal a car and park it as close as possible to your car on the passenger side, have the front end of the car you stole be at your back wheel
3. steal another car and repeat, just on drivers side
4. get in your car
5. back up between the 2
6. turn the wheel, get out and it'll leave the wheels turned.

Or have a mate in the session. Get him to drive your car and stop with the wheels turned, kick him out and it'll leave the wheels turned, engine running and lights on if they were before

The jackal looks really nice, I like the back but the front of the jackal is ugly or too curved, for some reason all the screenshots make the cars look better to me than when I find one in game!

Those rims on the Massacro look wierd. They have an orange inserts, like the GT Chrome I believe? but white rim, like the SUV Class of that same design.
