So, basically, I've been trying to get 100% completion for a while now. I try not to fly through my games, as I like to take my time. I just now got around to start completing all of the question mark missions on the map.

 

Anyway, I have a problem and I don't know how to fix it. I went down to that nuclear waste place and found that woman who wants you to find Frank Mathers' sub parts. I started the mission and got about 6 pieces, and as I went to get the 7th, I got eaten by a shark. This is where things started getting weird.

 

When I started the mission, the weather was foggy. Well, when I respawned at the hospital, the weather was still foggy, so I blew myself up with a grenade to change it... still foggy. No matter how many times I tried, the weather stayed foggy. This is not the only thing that started happening.

 

I was playing as Franklin and went to Michaels house so I could get the two of them to meet each other to hang out. After switching a couple of times and finally getting them together, Franklin asked Michael to go get a drink. I switched to Franklin only to discover he was frozen in place and wouldn't move or anything. I switched back to Michael to try to run him over and he was like a brick wall. I blew him up and he finally died.

 

Yeah, there's still more... I'm almost positive that the sub mission is for Michael only, as the question mark was blue. Well, I was flying in a helicopter over the ocean playing as Trevor and I started getting the ocean signals for the sub parts. I dove down to make sure they were for the sub, and for sure, it was. I tried it with Franklin as well. Same thing.

 

This is the last problem I'm having so bear with me (sorry if this is so long lol.) Some of the icons on the map are f*cked up. I went to go get a blimp and it is labeled as "Pillbox Hill Garage." Ammunation is also classified as "Los Santos Customs." I honestly have no idea what the hell is wrong.

First off, any player can collect sub parts, second, everything else is fu***d and you need to delete and reinstall your game, making sure to save the save files.

 

Then clear the cache.
