pinky
Faggio is the one for busting stats, just like SA of old. Take it to the airport and spend hours in one long wheelie, needs really good driver stats first though.
_Brotha_
Drive at medium speed, brake hard while pushing left stick forward, then immidiately give full gas and push the stick back and you should be up on the rear wheel pretty easily.
Fizzlepop531
Get a Vespa (Motor Scooter) from a dead stop, just hold back on the stick and hit the gas. Easiset vehicle to do a wheelie in, without even having to upgrade it.

Faggio is the Vespa (Motor Scooter) I was shocked how easliy you can get the front wheel off the ground. No effort at all. Just be careful because you can flip it very easily as well.
