[Question] Does Car Armour help anything against douchebags shooting y

Does Car armour help anything against fools that shoot you thru the window?

 

 

 

Well pretty much what the topic says.. sick and tired of fools blasting first and asking questions second. A simple yes or no as an answer will do.. Thanx in advance!

The problem with bulletproof windows would be that realistically, you wouldnt be able to break them to shoot yourself. I think thats why the havent added it.

They could've just let you roll down the windows, however in doing so that would lower your defence against side on attacks. Logically it would work. But people will complain. People love to complain.

Not true. Bulletproof glass is never really bullet proof but only bullet resistant and usually only works one way because of the way it layered. So while people couldn't shoot you, while in a car with bullet resitant windows in real life, you could still fire at them.

 

EDIT: And here's to the ones that said memorizing all the trivia I learned on QI wouldn't come in handy.

You're not completely untouchable but I feel it adds defense from being shot through a door (while escaping AK fire) or even for the Super class cars with no rear window and a partially exposed engine.. It won't help from explosions either, but it gives you extra defense from being Micro'd until you explode which happens in those exposed engine Supers I mentioned.
