Yea well so I've heard there is no limit to ranks so you can reach even 999 id presume. I've managed to hit level 36 over the weekend just by farming the violent duct mission, there is no way someone could have reached over 100 by now unless they were hacking.

Yes there is. If you go to AmmuNation and look at the minigun, it tells you that level 120 is required to buy it.

Ideally, with an outside server holding our "chars", there can`t be cheating - and any MMO is proof of this. I think Rockstar have dropped the ball on this... and they are surely taking their time picking it back up.
