That everybody's entire stats should be completely reset when fixed. I was totally against this a week ago, but now I feel it would be the best thing to do. It's hardly fair that we have level 50+'s running around with better everything, whilst level 1's run around with are banana and camper van. Anybody with a rank above 30+, has exploited certain missions (including my self). Wouldn't it be nice for everybody to start fresh when online is fixed?

 

Also, don't come at me with (it isn't an exploit). Gerald has missions that require more work, yet pay out only 3k. So, clearly the farming mission is a little messed up. Only players that have lost their characters will realize how much this game needs a hard reset, so cross your fingers and hope character deletions continue for all farmers, so they can join us, and witness why we should all be sent back to online laugh day. \o/

Why is it, the halo community would come together and welcome a stat reset, but you 18+ rated adults cannot? Online is a complete mess at the moment. Resetting when fixed would be a perfect solution.

They can reset everybody. I've been part of quite a few stat resets in the past due to cheaters, problems and modders. Gta online has to be the worst problem I've ever seen. It would be stupid not to restart gta online as a community.

I can't comment for what it is like in the halo community. But if people have been lucky enough to get online everyday, and work their asses off getting the ranks they deserve, then they shouldn't be reset.

 

Even if I thought it was a good idea, Rockstar would not do it, as they would be pissing off every player that didn't want their stats reset. Leading to yet another sh*tstorm, and possibly losing some of their fanbase.

It wouldn't be though. People would grind, exploit, and hack, and we'd be right back where we are now. Except you're taking everyone down with you. And when it comes down to it, I believe that's what drives this attitude... misery loves company.

I think VD made it worse. It allowed a LARGE amount of people to level up to ranks that should take a lot longer. A regular joe with limited time has been able to reach high ranks due to the VD missions. As much as the matchmaking system tries to set up everyone evenly , it doesnt.

 

Ive joined sessions where there has been level 30-40s lurking around the lower 1-5 levels. Yes it does affect the game.

 

 

1. Higher levels have better weapons, giving an advantage for deathmatches.

 

2. Higher levels will reign superiority over lower ranks due to the special contacts they can use (lester/merryweather etc)

 

 

I dont think people understand how easy it will be for millionaires to manipulate the stocks once they are up which is also why they arent up yet. Stocks will be pointless to lower ranks.

 

Let me make it simple, if ranks and weapons and money dont matter then why are they implemented in the first place, if that were the case then why didnt R* just remove a handful a features all together.

Not everybody exploited to get rank OP. I was level 46 legit Saturday morning before the patch transformed my character into Britney Spears with Dre Headphones. 3 days of grinding....no missions....all deathmatch and LTS.

Level 30 here and not exploited what so ever. In fact, I made it upto level 18, lost the character and worked up to 30 with a new one.

 

Some people have more free time than others to play/level up. Grow up and quit the whining.

Vd isnt that great for leveling really. You can level just as fast by racing 2 players over and over. You get less money than vd but still a lot. And its more fun...

Honestly, I think this would be a bad idea.

 

 

Maybe give a 3x XP boost to anyone under level 20 when they get it working?

How is resetting everyone a perfect solution? Why does it matter what rank others are? Online isn't a mess for everyone so they shouldn't have to pay the price just because some of us lost our characters. I lost everything last night at level 30 with an apartment and some good cars. I don't know, perhaps I'm not as selfish as you.

 

Why do people care so much about other people's rank? It doesn't effect you at all. You get matched with people of similar rank anyway this whole f*cking thing about resetting rank is just f*cking selfish, immature and just in general being a baby about the whole situation. Play your own god damn game and don't worry about anyone else.
