ok guys, I read this on here, don't know how or why it works because I canz really internet, but go to your PS3 network settings. Change your DNS primary to 8 8 8 8 and your DNS secondary to 8 8 4 4. I had the same problem and would occasionally drop out as well, but since I did this its working pretty great

IT WORKSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES YEs Yess Finally I'm can play with over 10 players at once and no more empty servers yesssss.. Thank you sooo much !

Yesterday i had this problem , i think the solution is TURN OFF YOUR PS3 and then restart it and make connection test after it play the game

 

I did these steps and everything was ok
