mission gone after fail or leaving lobby

Do the missions come back if you fail and leave or just leave the lobby without starting it a first time? Had a mission to attack a mansion for Martin Madrazo and failed it, decided to wait on some more buds before I try again and I haveny gotten it back yet. Also had the Titan mission and got to the lobby then backed out and now I haven't gotten it again.

 

Will I get another shot or no?

If you can request a job from the person, then you can keep doing that until you get the mission again. Otherwise you have to wait for it come back again I think. Though I heard that there is a mission that Ron gives you once you hit level 25 (I think it was), and he asks you to destroy planes at the military base. I was level 53 and I don't remember getting a mission like that at all.
