i dunno if it improves lung capacity. but it takes a bit of health away each time. yet i cant quit the habit. the game needs a smokers anonymous.

I thought swimming was the only way to improve lung capacity.

edit - Anyway, find a dinghy and drop in wearing scuba gear. Then you can smoke all you want.

You can smoke in GTA online by buying packs of cigarettes from convenience stores. Then hold select/back to open the interaction menu, hit inventory and scroll down the list till you see smokes, and use them.
