I might use slot 2 for a temp situation but I'm worried that it will eliminate all chances of my previous character returning to me. It's been nearly 24 hours and most players seem to have gotten their character back. This is the ps3 version by the way. And no lame comments about this being the same question asked again as other peoples blah blah. This is an apparent matter and really needs to be resolved as there's no point wasting time playing multiplayer if your rank gets removed and rockstar do nothing about it. Do you mean your character is missing from the wheel, or its disappeared all together? Whenever i startup my character is never on the character wheel. grayborders Posted October 7, 2013 Share Posted October 7, 2013 it wont return, no matter wich slot you use if you make another it WILL be deleting the other, also NEVER boot your game straight into gta online, cause of the cloud is down it will also delete your character, happened to me, lost a 24 and a 32 rank character, now i wont tuch online till its safe, cause i had enough of this grind for nothing. JmanBassman Posted October 7, 2013 Share Posted October 7, 2013 I think I've lost my character, yesterday morning I was playing fine then tried to log back onto online in the evening and it took me straight to character selection screen which was empty...I didn't create a new one, I backed out and checked on socialclub today to find my guy isn't appearing but my friends people are...I guess if my dudes not back by the time i finish work I'll just restart since I was only level 7 which isn't a lot but does this mean I'll have to do the buggy tutorial again?
