Right about now? I got mixed feelings - they done f*cked it up now. This is going to seriously effect their rep and place in the market, they need to sort this out and don't bother coming back with any gifts as an apology (i.e. DLC, new skins more money etc) nothing is going to fix the damages caused. You assume the 10+ million players are members here? The vast and I mean vast majority will never visit a forum. Only people who post are either die hards or trolls with nothing in between. You sir are a troll.

Yes this has influenced my perception of R* a lot. If my character is not restored I will probably not play this game anymore. I really dislike doing things over that I've already done, and this by far is the worst I ever expierenced (lost a lvl 33). The whole experience is ruined by their incompetence. The fact that they don't know wether my character can be restored tells me they are in over their heads and their code is a mess.
