Able to start a failed mission again?

Hey, are you able to re-start a mission from an NPC that you have failed? For example I wanted to do the "meth'd up" mission again after I had failed it once and left the game. Will i eventually get another call from Gerald so I can restart the mission? So far I have only gotten texts for other missions.

You will in fact most likely get this mission again. Try calling the NPC that gives out the mission and requesting jobs.

If you are a high enough level (I forget what level you have to be), you can call Gerald to request a job from him.

Yes I do know you can restart a mission with the right trigger button. I meant to ask if you could re-do it from the free-roam world, the first time I did this mission I didn't know about the right trigger thing. I tried calling gerald but I only got missions that I had already completed successfuly before.
