Question about removing cars from garage

So I bought three of Elegy's for free and I want to get rid of two of them. There's no SELL option for them at LSC and if I get them impounded/destroyed, there is still a spot taken up in my garage for each of them. Is there a way to permanently delete them?

 

Also, I bought the ATV for dirt races, but just discovered I can't modify it at all. How do I get rid of it, if I can't even get it inside LSC to sell it?

 

Plus after I sold my first ever car from the tutorial, the spot for it couldn't be filled and eventually it ended up appearing again in my garage. What's up with that? Any help would be much appreciated.
