[Xbox] Did character saves not work at all today or was it just me?

Sorry if this is on the wrong section or has a topic of its own, my first post.

 

Anyway, I've been playing since a day after Online Release and had gotten to level 25 by now. Today (October 6) I got on by morning and was presented with a character screen with both slots empty. Tried checking every few hours and all but once gave me the same empty character screen. It once just said Rockstar Cloud was down. Didn't make one to avoid overwriting the old in case Cloud Servers were down. Oddly, it said next to bank I had 66k, so it loaded how much money the character had.

 

Were servers not loading my character or was my character deleted? Was this the same for everyone else or is it me? I wouldn't mind starting over but wanna wait to see if it was just server issues.

Same with me except my money's not showing. I had about 100k in the bank and owned 391k apartment. Not gonna panicked right now but I hope it will be back soon.

Thing is, How can I tell the difference between deleted character and server problems that don't get the "Server is down" message?
