Is it possible to get this online as a personal vehicle? I've seen quite a few driving around during the online missions but can't find one in free roam or the websites where you buys cars. The only trucks I've come across in free roam so far is the Bobcat, Sandking, and Bravado.

1. Start a Mission with ALL "personal vehicles" in a garage

2. Find this car in the mission

3. Finish the mission while driving this car.

 

If you do these things, you SHOULD spawn in it post mission

I found it in Blaine County.

Idk. I spent about three in-game days in free roam, driving all around Blaine County trying to look for it and had no luck. But every mission I've done in Blaine County, I see one after every other car. Weird
