Has anyone found an Obey Tailgater online?? I'm desperate for one

It is possible to get one, it's just a bit stressful. What I did was choose the tailgater when I race lamar at the beginning. But you need to make sure that only you and Lamar are racing. Basically you need to be alone when you race him and do the first mission with the drugs.

 

After you deliver the drugs and are asked to go to the clothing store the car should still be outside. Here is the stressful part. Try to find a store that is away from any other players as they may be tempted to jack you for your car. Basically stay away from other players until you fit the tailgater with the marker and insurance.

 

After robbing the store just drive up the mountains (literally in order to avoid the cops. When the cops are no longer looking for you come back down but be careful because the cops will still come after you if they spot you.

 

When you get the call from Simeon drive to a customs shop and fit your new tailgater with the marker and insurance.

I just found one. During a free roam session Simeon will ask for a specific high priority import export vehicle. It showed up as a green car on the map. I just stole it and took it to mod shop and made it my own.
