Can't play on the same team as your crew...?

I invited my crew members to the TDM I started and it split us up. How do you play with your crew on the same team?

The host has to turn "autobalance" off, and then you can pick your team.

Are they higher levels then you?? I think if the host sets it for even teams it splits everybody in the lobby evenly

Host your own games with autobalance off, like motorider420 said. Although, I haven't tried this feature out yet. Everytime I host it takes a ridiculous amount of time before I gather enough players to run a decent TDM game.

 

I suppose that's the joy of playing in Australia.
