For the past couple of hours whenever I'm online I can't fire/flip the bird while in vehicles, whether im a passenger or a driver. About one out of every ten sessions lets me but for the most part it doesn't work. Anyone else seen this and know how to fix it? I'm not in passive mode, i can still switch through weapons and shoot etc etc.

You're unarmed when you're doing it, right?

Maybe your controller hates you? Or just plain broken...

It's not my controller, because the same button that's used to fire from a vehicle works just fine off of a vehicle.
