Average white guy Posted October 7, 2013 Share Posted October 7, 2013 If you are like many others who can't find a single Bobcat anywhere, you are in luck, because I found a way to make them spawn. First thing you need to do is find a taxi, then take it on a road trip through southern Blaine County. You will start seeing a ton of Bobcats, I don't know why the taxi makes them spawn, but it does.
