PS3 Gamers,can some body verify me the cloud server is up now?

I just reset my modem and then connect to GTA V Online, PS3 can someone verify that Cloud Server is available now???

 

What i did is delete the update Patch v1.02 and reinstall it,somehow it is working now.

im on with 3 other people racing all random we dont know eachother... if your asking if cloud is up to see if your character is there or not, its not.. you have to make a new one.. hes/she is gone forever if u created over the slot or not

Thats so wrong. Please dont tell people they HAVE to create a new one. Please dont tell people characters are gone even if they didnt create a new one.

 

Many of us havent lost characters by following simple rules which can be found on this forum. Not all of us, but the majority.

its random.. u delusional people on here think people are losing characters because of spamming that one mission.. theyre gone and cloud is glitchy but online... i made a new guy in slot 1 and my old old old characters picture showed up on the social club website after i made a new guy.. glitched as f*ck and my main character in slot 2 is still gone after 2 days havent touched the slot
