Rockstar Social Club tickets not working?

I have sent in two tickets to rockstar support. First being me being banned (Bad sported) while I had a bounty on my head, and the second being my level 54 with over 3 million dollars gone with full shooting, driving and stamina and 60 health.

 

So I sent in two letters and it says they have replied to my letters, yet I see no reply. Has this happened to anyone else? R* is starting to really piss me off and I think its time I called their office tomorrow.

You and about a million other people are sending tickets, the only response you'll get is automated dude

I've seen others get replies within a day or two. As in pictures of it. But regardless it says that it was answered yet there are no replies. Automated or real.
