This is the email they sent me regarding lost characters...

More or less they state that they cant do anything about lost characters, but they are still working on it. Meanwhile, continue to play ( and beta test ).

I totally disagree that this is just a beta membership! Are people forgetting the amazing single player? If you just brought this game for online then you're an idiot. It doesn't excuse the state that online is in at the moment but stop coming with all this $60 beta membership sh*t like the game won't one day soon work and be amazing (and free) and like the single player experience doesn't exist!

I liked single player (currently doing a second play through), but it was WAY too short, especially considering how few heists there were. Double the heists and then I'd be satisfied (I know, heists to come in multiplayer, but I'm talking about single player).

No many people including me did not buy GTA V just because of the online. Many people complaining about the online had played GTA before the rise in online gaming. The main thing is that they advertised GTA Online meaning that Rockstar meant for it to be a selling point and it has so far been a disappointing inclusion. If you went to buy a sandwich and the filling was nice but the bread was moldy wouldn't you complain.

And the only somewhat thrilling heist being the first one...

Kidding me? All the planed ones were fun. If anything the game was toooo short and after you beat it.... Nothing else to really do as far as a criminal element.

I would like to use Trevor to cook and deliver meth.

Just so you know that was an automated ticket, not a specific response to the problem, they sent that to anyone with any issue related to GTA V and closed the support request to weed out a bunch of them.

Note: "You are receiving this automatic ticket update"

I submitted a ticket related to emblem transparency and got the same response.

Yeah, I submitted one about the car variation at a given time (I drove around for about 30 minutes today and was only seeing mini-vans and crappy cars), and that is the response they sent me -__-
