I'm still not understanding how people do this in under a minute. Say you take 10 seconds to blow up the first two cement trucks... then the other two spawn each about 3 miles away, and moving AWAY from you. It takes at least 2-3 minutes to catch up to one, while another teamate destroys the other.

2 guys blow up the first 2 cement trucks, while the 2 other players drive to the spawn of the last 2 cement trucks and destroy them as soon as they spawn
