TIP: Walk/drive into marker (we all know that), drive to 3rd level (don't take cover behind the wall or you can't see) to avoid wanted stars and if you snipe the guy before he gets in the SUV you get 100%

 

EXTRA TIP: Before the mission, invest all 3 charators money in BetaPharmaceuticals (before investing all of Franklin's money, be sure to buy a sniper w/suppressor upgrade than invest his money) than watch the stock rise and keep rising
