I can still see my car on Ifruit app, my money on social club, and my crew. I looked on many solutions to the problem and tried them but unlike them there's shows rockstar cloud but mine did the first 3 times but now it dosent it goes to choose character slots with all of them with no progress and level 0 but in the top right it shows my money my crew and my gamertag I also made sure to exit "properly" each time I left I was level 15. I've heard that is not lost I just have to wait a day for the clouds to get their sh*t together any help? Is this true? Or am I doomed? Please reply. It's also happened to me, my money shows as still their, but my level and reputation points are both showing zero, and it's wanting me to make a new character. I was level 9, so at least I didn't put too much into the character yet, but I know some people have had higher levels have also lost theirs. I hope it's not permanent for their sake.
