Planning rooms in properties?

Anyone know if you can tell which apartments have 'planning' rooms for heists before buying them? Is it only the high-end w/ 10 car garage type places?

 

Don't wanna have to buy and apartment twice just to get access to heists when they become available.

Yeah it's only the high end one. None of the others have a wall like the High end does.

It should be in the red and black colour themed room, just has lounges and a laptop and on the wall there should be a blue map looking poster, this is the planning wall. I think when the heist update comes this room will be used for the planning of heists.

Herodias can you confirm if you have a space for heists? Would be confusing if some 10-car garage places have a space for planning heists and some don't.
