It would seem this is the next big thing. I'm not posting the details, but people are capable of getting 5,000 RP and $5,000 every two minutes or so. I haven't been able to try it myself, as Lester doesn't let me call him for missions, but I'm not entirely sure I would do it even if I could. But this is how there are several level 100+ players in the game already, and many more will be joining them now that this is being done.

 

Still, I do wonder why I can't call Lester for missions when I'm well past the level requirements.
