I know it damages you. I tried it once to see if it'd restore a bit of my health after spam buying everything from a store.

i didn't know you could even smoke. I switched to a new session after a mission and saw my character smoking randomly and it apparently hurt her health. I was like wtf D8

Yeah you can. it'll be put in your inventory after purchasing from the store

haha I have a weird mentality. It's a video game! I thought it'd increase it with it being an item. I had a saints row 2 mentality there. I didnt expect it too start rapidly draining my health and my character to continue smoking. haha.
