I'm pretty sick of my guy permanently looking like he went through a meat grinder in the face department. Perhaps R* could implement some type of surgery option to alter your appearance or remove scars and bruises. Would be cool.

100% agree, they got to make a completely new system and be revolutionary, it doesnt seem like it was received by fans as well as they had hoped. But hey some people liked it and we wouldnt be anywhere without companies trying new things, but for those who prefer the full control in how their character's look, they can have these cosmetic surgeons to fine tune how they want to look while keeping the integrity of the heritage system in place for those who prefer it.

I think that is not going to be very possible, unless they change the character creation system, which as of now is horrible and gives little to no control what your own generic douchebag will look like.
