Difference between 200k apartment and 400k apartment, besides location

I currently have 370k. I was looking to buy the 400k apartment, but people are saying that, besides location, they are identical with their interiors.

 

If this is true and their interiors are the exact same, I will probably just buy the 200k one so I can also buy a car. So can anyone confirm or deny that all high-end apartments are the same, besides location?

 

 

PS: I would ask this in the "GTAO Questions" thread, but that place is filled with questions and barely any answers. Please understand.

I think all the apartments with ten car garages all the same, the 6 car garages all the same etc...

 

I'm not 100% on this. A friend and I have ten car garages and the same interior. Another pair of friends have two different 6 car garages with the same interior.

All the 10 car garage apartments are the exact same. Same color scheme, layout, and everything.

the 300k one is great, I love the view in the middle of the city.

 

The 400k one you cant see the city so good , its more towards the vinewood sign and mountain kinda.. Just watch some youtube video

I seen the views for all of them, And the 213k is my fav so I picked it even though I had the cash for the 400k one. I'd rather just get the same apartment with a nicer view and blow the rest on Lamborghini Murci because your chick, She so thirsty.

We have a few different options depending how high $ you go... Like others have said, your mostly paying for the view!

Hmm thanks for the insight, people.

 

A part of me wants the 400k apt simply because its the most expensive, so I can brag and feel superior to everyone else. Also, the view of the Hills is pretty nice. I can see a lot of things going on, like being able to clearly guide my friends away from cops/players with my omniscient view. I like how it divides LS and Blaine County, so I'm never too far from anything.

 

On the other hand, if I buy a cheap 200-250k apt, the view will be terrible but I'll have enough money to buy something nice, like a Banshee. It might also be near something useful, like stores.

 

I think my deciding factor will be the location after all. I will visit a few safehouses that catch my attention, and I will see what's near them.

Nobody is quite sure yet as to what exactly a "high-end apartment" entails. I'd buy a 10-car garage apartment just to be safe, though, since those are all certainly high-end apartments.

 

As for their interiors being identical, that's what everyone is saying. 10-car apartments look the same as each other, 6 car apartments look congruent to each other, etc...

If you can choose from 3 Drivers, Hackers, Gunmen from the 200k apartmen, and from a pool of 5 from the 400k Apartment, what would you choose?

 

Lets say you could have one extra Gunman for Heists if you use the 400k one

Yes, R* have confirmed this on www.GTAV.com They specifically state that you can only own 1 property at a time.

 

I sent them an e-mail today, asking about the possibility of ever being able to own more than 1 property. It would be great to fast-travel, and to store more than 10 vehicles.

I bought the dream tower apt. It was 134,000... comes with 6 car garage and NO VIEW...all the windows have drapes/curtins and you cant see outside...PS , just incase anyone cares, there is no bong in my apt.

Yes it has a shower, a radio, a tv, beer, and a bed...when u sit on the couch all you can do is watch tv...thats all the interactions i have found

That's what I assumed, but maybe we can also hire AI to help us, and we can increase their skills just like in SP. Or kill them if we choose

 

Speaking of heists, I wonder how they will work. Will they be like jobs where we leave the free-roam lobby and teleport into another instance of LS? Or will we still be in the free-roam lobby, susceptible to other players ruining our heists?
