Is there any official website to check this? R* really dropped the ball on character deletion due to cloud issues. Such a promising game sh*t the bed from day one. Damn shame.

Lost my level 39 today after it froze coming out of a race. Money still shows but my guy is somewhere going all king candy/turbo in the cloud.
