lost character 3 times

I was playing my level 10 went for lunch came back it was a level 1 that looked like an alien but I still had all my money.. I made a new character and got him to level 8 then I get up this morning and both of them arh gone with my money. Any help?

Insanity! doing same thing over and over and over again! expecting different results! why make a new when it always will be deleted INSANITY!
