Yup, that cloud is down again. Got a solid 15 minutes of playtime in.

I HOPE rockstar knows about this. Thank god I have a lady friend to chat with in the mean time.. I'm going bonkers. My buddy is back from working on base at 10 pm and I pray they're up then lol

Eastern US PS3 player here...

 

I also have had a cloud issue. However, pressing Square after the error message worked one time, every time for me.
