Cloud back, and Character gone again.... Rockstar support plz read

Well cloud wasn't working most of the day, which I don't care. However I just tried again and went straight into character selection/creation screen again.

 

This is the 2nd time this happened. first time was at level 13 now I am at level 28. I made the level 28 in spot 2 and spot 1 has never came back. Very disappointed in R* performance here, I think this game is great but I am not going to waste any more of my time playing only to have my character erased.

 

I have sent support tickets in but all I ever get is generic responses. My character still show on social club and I have copied it to maybe send to rockstar but I don't think they even have the manpower to read complaints let alone do anything about it.

Really hope they sort this out someday or at least put a system to protect our data as the cloud isn't working as designed.

Dear God,

I am really sad that my video game is not working and your clouds are down.

Please send Rockstar some good clouds that will be strong enough to hold my characters so they will not get lost.

Same here. Gone. Looks like every time the cloud goes down characters are deleted.

 

Character #4, always saved, always logged per directions, extreme caution taken. Gone again.

 

The Cloud has taken my character whenever it goes down so there is no point in trying anymore logically. At least until we get the OK from R*

Yeah I am done as well for now, I suggest anyone else with this issue who want there character back to not make a new one. I did that once and the slot 1 never came back.
