GTA ONLINE: Anybody else lost a car while switching sessions.

I bought the Vacca 240k car. Put some nice mods on it. Brought it back to my house garage, even took pictures. Got an invite to play with my bud. Switched sessions, went into my garage to show him my new car, and it was gone. Called the insurance company, they dont have it. Checked the map, its no where. Called my mechanic, nothing. Checked my bank -240000 legendarymotorsports and also all the small charged from the mod shop. What went wrong? ='(

hey, it happened to me too but my car was an Vapid Dominator i think the problem for me was, i was driving and accidently swapped to micheal then quickly swapped back to my online character and my car was disapeared but i went back to single player and waited a while then switched to online and i was quite happy because my car had infact duplicated (one i was driving and one parked at the side of the road) but unfortunatley my character deleted somehow and i was forced to make a new one but anyways i think going off line and going back online may help as long as you wait a while and who knows you may accidently (like me) duplicate your car ahaha

lol hey thanks for your advice. I just signed off and now i am signing back in. I hope i fix it, i spent around 320k+ on that car.

i tried logging off and then on, and nothing. I have all my progress my cars and all my other cars but this one car that i purchased on the website is just completely gone and they took the money. Ive never seen anything like it. WTF!?

I have lost my 6 car garage full of cars 3 times already, and just recently lost my 45K Sandking XL. I have saved. I think its something to do with switching lobbies.

lost 3 mil value in vehicle property including a tank, i've managed to buy just a couple of the vehicles back but now as I'm playing i've noticed my mechanic is no longer one of my contacts. I got the tank back too, moneys no issue; I mean I love throwing millions out the window don't get me wrong I just prefer keeping the money sometimes.
