MikeMyth Posted October 7, 2013 Share Posted October 7, 2013 I've honestly had enough of Cockstar. I spent $150 on the CE and now I'm kind of regretting buying it at all even the regular edition. I mean f*ck, first GTA V w/ the story mode itself was iffy, but now Online is making it worse. There's people having problems with their online and mine is literally f*cking broken. If it pisses you off so much, wait a week until you know it will be settled. This. Most games launch with bugs and glitches. A game as ambitious as GTAV even more so. This is why most games routinely get patches after being released. The online is even MORE ambitious than the single player, and is a LONG TERM COMMITMENT for Rockstar. They aren't going to ABANDON you with a broken product, so there's no need for histrionics. Give them a chance, and a little more time, and you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much you will get for $60 bucks. Those who spent extra for collector's editions have nobody to blame but themselves. I was one of those people who bought the collector's edition, and if I had to do it all over again, I WOULDN'T have. That being said, I KNEW what I was getting for the extra money, so I take it as a bad decision on my part. Relax, play something else in the meantime. I agree that online is quite ambitious and when it works, it's possibly the best online game I've played to date. However, I don't agree about single player being ambitious at all.
