How many are having timed out issues?

I know the cloud is down now, but over the past few days how many have been having issues Joining Missions, races, Deathmatches ect? Majority of the time I can join a free roam session just fine...But roughly 20 attempts later, I cant join any missions or other events at all. My NAT is Open, My ports are forwarded...no luck at all. Once the Host launches the game and it goes to the launching session part...I automatically get booted and told I am timed out.
