I havent even encountered this mission yet, who gives it and after what rank?

 

Gerald, Level 15 I think.

 

Once you work out what to do, heaps of RP and $9K cash, can be done in a few minutes. Very little travel involved.

Lmao why use the replay option after mission finishes click like then RT if Xbox and everyone do it and it will restart the mission no limit...
