I'm pretty sure you can't open the curtains. i had a $128k property that had no view. i later upgraded to the $205k apartment and it had a view and the curtains were always open

Lots of people have them, don't feel special Its no hard if your willing to sweat it with replays. I don't have one because my previous character decided to take theary and commit suicide without my acknowledgement. He what quite the bellend.

you need a 200k+ apartment for the planning room I believe, as i have one and it seems to have what could be used as a planning room. I have apt. 101 in Weazel Plaza. And the curtains cannot be opened, in the higher end apartments some windows are just not covered but the cheaper ones never have open windows. I don't know why.

im lv 20 and am able to do some farming, im on violent duct now. on xbox 360. Edited October 7, 2013 by ells144
