Yep, after laughing at everyone bitching about launch (f*cking silly), and the horror stories about character loss, I was in the clear. I even bought the 150k apartment and I wasn't even charged for it!

 

Well, I'm with the tons of others here today with my character wiped. Same old social club disappearance. I can only hope I get my hard work back. Only level 26, but still. I even got all my cash with NO farming!

 

 

Is this boat big enough for me?

I would think that even with a failed/corrupted save, there should be SOMETHING in there, from a previous save.
