What do I do now?

So I beat the game. I'm at about 73% completion though. What else is left? When does the forth character come into play? I can't tell what I'm supposed to be doing, except for little rampages and racing people, etc.

The forth character is your Online character, you could try Online if you want right now. If the servers are working of course.

 

You could use your imagination. Go on a freight train with 5 stars, trying to hold off the cops? Get all 3 characters together and go on a massive killing spree? Or, admiring the nightime Downtown scenery is nice. There's loads of stuff to do when you put your mind to it.

As the learned gentleman states in his above post, there are as many things to accomplish.

 

Find all random encounters, Freaks etc, Find the Ghost, Find the Bigfoot

 

Hold up liquor store with an RPG (firing it will kill both you and the clerk) still works.

 

Kill pedestrian with a Blimp (you'd think they would see the shadow and run, but nooo) splat.

 

Enrage gang tensions by slowly driving through bawlers territory as Franklin, flicking everyone the bird

 

F*ck about with a BMX in the half bowl without crushing your spine

 

Aggravate hillbillies for as long as possible in a golf buggy and see how far you get

 

Drive as long as possible with only 3 wheels on your vehicle like Del Boy from Only Fools and Horses

 

It is an open world after all.

I guess you both have good points. How do I get all three characters together? When I get two together, it doesn't allow me to call the third.

 

But where does the other 1/4th of the game come into play? Online? How can I be just 73%ish done, but done? Thanks.

You get 100% by doing all random events, freaks and strangers and all the side activities.

Don't make the same mistake as me. Use a guide for completing 100% or you will find yourself wasting hours of your life thinking you are making progress towards it, only to find out that there are only "certain" things that actually count towards 100% and yes...it's all the crap that you don't want to do.
