Ive already done it so yes but its difficult to steal itand steal it without damage already done on it from the gunfire from the army. Good luck though

You probably can, but they might not spawn until later levels. And Freeze, he is talking about commercial airliner jets at the airport, not the Titan plane.

 

At least, hopefully you can fly them. The airport seems empty without the planes landing and taking off manually like they did in GTA IV. Anyone notice that the airport vehicles aren't in Online either? (like the ripley and airtug)

If anyone finds out if its possible to fly the commercial jet planes in Online, please let us know. I'd be surprised if you couldn't. Don't the big planes land and take off on the runway like they did in GTA IV?

I can confirm 10000% that the blimp, along with the jumbo jet airliner, is NOT flyable. Infact, they both don't appear anywhere.

yes it is possible. You have to board the plane when its flying in the air from your heli... watch the videos online that confirm it. i did it yesterday.

Why would that make people mad? I know about 9/11, but the buildings don't fall down and the plane would just explode upon collision. Why take Jumbo jets out? Why not the military plane as well? That can be used to ram into buildings. Even if there was a jumbo jet available for online, I don't think they'd be ramming it into a building killing themselves all the time. I've seen people fly the military plane, and not a single person has flown it into a building. I wonder why? Oh right, because they're not stupid!!

actually i think u can, please read before calling me a troll, I saw this "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dW-5blk9C1Q" and thought "hmmm?" so i did the SP>MP glitch and while u r still the SPC in MP u might can access the planes, much like being able to buy and sell stocks or buying the cargobob(and this all effects ur online account and saves), But I dont know how he got his MPC into SP, he found the MP>SP glitch

They don't. I'm a lvl 236 with 600+ hours of gameplay and have never seen them. After ~80 you get the buzzard, titan, and luxor.

nope it can't be done, i tried it once i tried to board a jumbo at the main air port and i couldn't board it, the closest you can get beside's a military fighter is a personal jet.

Yes you can. Althought I havent been able to find a way to get them to spawn yet. A couple of weeks ago a giant pink jumbo jet was flying around the airport and everyone online in that session was flyign around it very surprised. After that plane exploded for some reason, another one spawned @ the airport but this time it was black. I didnt know how to get in but eventually a random dude got in and was flying it. So, it is possible, if any of you guys see this happen let us know. Maybe its a hack or something, but it was pretty cool.
