Rockstar Support know nothing other than basic troubleshooting skills and all they can do is redirect the issues to the development team, he's probably being honest when he says he doesn't know who made it and it's not theirs because it's supposed to be a development tool of some sort. Honestly, the reason why you are what I listed is mainly because you expect a SUPPORT Team to know everything within the game, and the fact you go on to ask the support rudely as to why the Cheat is limited just proves how much more of an ass-hat you are, and like some others stated, you deserved no answer at all. Also Support barely has relations to Developers, Support only sends info. to Developers to fix or look into.
