Rang Gerald 6 times since the Xbox servers came back up and no matter what he won't give me a mission, just me or have they disabled him to stop the mission bug?

I think he stops calling you after a certain rank.

I rang him 10 times and still didn't give me a job I'm level 16

Im rank 5 and he wont give me any jobs. And I havnt done a single mission other than the first for him...been playing and hour and hasn't called either. Has to be bugged...pretty much can't progress with jobs at all now
