All missions for 100%? *Possible Spoilers*

I just finished the story today and I noticed before this that I never had done the movie primiere mission (Meltdown)--

 

I've been scouring the web trying to find out if my game is glitched or whatnot... this has me a bit curious....

The last 3 are the 3 possible game endings so that leaves 77 possible missions-- it also lists the prologue so not sure if that counts but that still leaves 76 possible missions.

 

I just went though a list and found another mission I didn't do.... in my game I did not do "the meltdown" (Solomon) nor "eye in the sky" (Devon) and they are not available to me-- I don't think I missed any others.

 

I believe my mission progress says I have 64/69 missions done-- I have yet to do the Lester Assasination missions (had been waiting for the big score payout)

 

So my question-- does anyone know if I can still get 100%? Did they design the game so you can miss missions and still get 100%-- or is my game glitched and I'm screwed? I do have saves I can go back to but not sure exactly how far back I have to go to get "eye in the sky".

i think no matter what choices you make you still end up with 69 missions . Lester has 5 missions , they would give you the 69 . I had thought you had to do his first mission atleast to progress in the story but im not sure about that ..that would still leave you with one missing but i doubt it

I did recheck and I did complete "Eye in the Sky"-- but definitely not "Meltdown" (this one is also not available for replay). And I also found at the Chinese theatre that "meltdown" is on the signs there.

 

I have 3 assasination missions left and have 65/69 missions completed (I did Multi-Assasination last night).

 

Does anyone know if there are any obscure missions-- like no obvious "Letter Marker" for it but it counts as a mission.
