If cloud is down how come I can save my character?

I was able to create a new character without the game saying the cloud was down and save it too. Does this mean the cloud isn't down? Or am I just going to lose my character?

Someone said before there are different cloud servers, so its probably saving on another one while the one with your previous character is still down. Try searching and reading topics, It'll help keep the bs down.

Saving doesn't necessarily means you'll keep ur character it looks like..

Nobody knows how it's really working though.

 

I "Saved" mine aswell.. Socialclub showed my stats. Now it's gone, and the socialclub stats wiped aswell..
