CrazyVRN
Why it has different name? Is there something special about it?
King Kapone
Not that I could tell. It is the same as the other Pay n Sprays aside from name and the way you drive into the garage.

the_samich
I also noticed that you can walk into Beekers by using the door on the left.

On the map it is listed as something separate, even though it is basically has the same functions as LSC. He is asking why is it called something different, instead of being another LSC. Frankly I wouldn't be surprised if there were plans in development to have it be a purchasable location or offer a different kind of modification. Hell it could have had a part of the story at one point in the development of GTA V. Formerly known as The General
TommyK154
The only special thing I can see about it is that an old tow truck spawns in front of the garage and I believe that's the only spawn for it

Los Santos Customs is still a glorified Pay n Spray at the end of the day.
Cutter De Blanc
I'd say it's simply because it's not in Los Santos, but the one in Harmony is still called Los Santos Customs, so I dunno. Maybe because it's significantly farther away from the city than the one in Harmony.
Tycek
Because it's not part of the franchise. Rest were bought or built up by LSC, Beeker's stays independent.
John The Grudge
I wondered about this too. I thought that perhaps it stocked different customization options but I've not checked that. As one of the posters above said, it may have been a purchasable property or a mission location at some point in the game's development. I think that's the most likely answer.
