Sure fire method to solve all the issues

Its appalling how Rockstar have allowed these glitches/server problems to not only exist in the first place but to continue for so many days with no fix. I have to say that whining and moaning isn't going to solve anything however.

 

If we want to solve it more to follow these steps and ensure that you do them correctly

 

1) Make sure your character meant to be on the server for a limited amount of time not for something to enable deletion etc etc

 

2) Dont purchase the various of them and the apartments CAN be purchased however as they include many different ways of improving the game

 

3) CONTACT Rockstar for it can be something to be held in retrospect if we can actually use them and their server maintenance men may help something of an after effect
